Let's face it, economics play a huge role in cases these days and with the voluminous page counts that esist in electronic documents, providing search terms to filter through emails may not simply be enough.

With Discovery Intelligence Services clients have the ability to have Concept Analysis & Digital Fingerprint processing done to help identify crucial emails and loose native file documents that might not be found in filter searches. Litigation Logic's e-Discovery technology provides highly advanced analytics that compare agaist each email and native file document creating an automated segregation of emails based on conversations and concepts that the system identifies as important as well as digital fingerprints of loose native files that may have been subject to revisions and name changes. The emails and loose native files are claisifed and titled under groups of keywords or phrases the system marks as most used.

After the data set is intelligently de-duplicated and culled down, the remaining data set is segregated. The client is then given an analytics report and has the option to cull down further, recieve the data set to import into their in-house system natively or have us convert to TIFF with extracted metadata and text into their review database at an extremely low rate.
