HIGH SPEED SCANNING

With scan capability of over 30,000 pages an hour and over 720,000 pages a day clients know we can meet their deadlines. At Litigation Logic, our Digital Litigation Division can scan documents to single or multi Group IV TIFF Compression, PDF, or any other image file format. Our scan processing is about more than just putting paper through a scanner.

The People That Make It Work

We begin each project with a thorough debriefing on client instruction(s) from the Account Representative to the Operations Manager, Production Manager and all project staff. Each debriefing begins by:

1. Each staff member receiving their own copy of the client instructions;

2. Each staff member reciting their understanding of the instructions as it pertains to their part of the processing;

3. Each staff member executing a Job Log Sheet detailing the begin time and end time of their part of the processing and the time it was placed in the next phase of processing.

OUR DIGITAL SCANNING PROCCESS...

Our Digital Scan Processing consists of 7 subdivisions:
1. Receiving Department - responsible for receiving client boxes, labeling each box with internal Litigation Logic information labels and inputting the client & Litigation Logic label information into LitTracT (Litigation Logics job processing database system)

2. Preparation Department - responsible for destapling, doc coding and insertion of barcode recognition sheets

3. Scan Department - responsible for scanning documents and preparing them for post export processing

4. Quality Control Department - responsible for checking each image against the original page to insure no pages are missed, de-skewed or poorly scanned

5. Post Process Department - responsible for exporting the images along with an image load file for import into Acquire It! T or clients specific document management system

6. Re-Preparation Department - responsible for pulling each barcode recognition sheet and reassembling documents to their original form

7. Shipping Department - responsible for making sure that all paperwork from each department is with client boxes and inputted into LitTrac™ to include time boxes are shipped back to client location closing out the project

The Operations Manager is updated on every project in progress who in turn updates clients on the status of their deadline(s). LitTrac™ allows the Operation Manager to know exactly what stage your project is in all of the time!
